My Background
Running has been my anchor through it all
Running found me long before I became a coach. Through my twenties, it was community, fitness and adventure. During corporate work stress, it became my release. And then it got complicated — navigating my preconception journey, I developed secondary and hypothalamic amenorrhea, and had to learn the hard way, just how deeply running, nutrition, stress, and our female hormones are interconnected. That season changed everything about how I understand this sport.
Since then, running has carried me through pregnancy, postpartum, and into another pregnancy. That full breadth of experience is exactly what I bring to every athlete I work with.
As an RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) certified run coach and long-time Boston runner who has run multiple major marathons, my approach weaves running and fitness together with the hormonal and holistic lens that's missing from most programs — so you can run smarter, feel better, and actually enjoy the process.
